Safety doesn’t happen by accident
The heavier the lift, the higher the risk, though that does not have to be the case. Vacuum lifting is engineered with safety in mind, allowing your team to remain at a safe distance from machinery, heavy loads and the operation itself at all times. Your team no longer has to risk climbing onto lift loads to secure them to carriers, or shouting over loud machinery in an attempt to direct operators during a lift. Vacuum lifting simplifies and optimises the load lifting procedure to enhance on-site communication, safety and efficiency for everyone.
Taking back control
Conventional lifting methods often resulted in machine operators lacking the necessary full-control of their load. Particularly during challenging weather conditions, lift loads could sway and move with operators often having to adjust to their movements. However, vacuum lifting is designed to restore operational control to engineer the safest lift possible.
The powerful vacuum suction pads hold loads firmly in place, significantly reducing the risk of loads dropping, even in the event of a power loss. So come rain or shine, vacuum lifting is capable of providing reliable, controlled load lifting to allow your projects to stay on track.
Warning signs
Our vacuum lifters are designed to keep you informed on your lift operation at all times. As each lifter is fitted with highly effective digital pressure reading equipment which ensures that warning signals are accurately triggered whenever necessary.
This includes the radio remote control provided with every lifter which is able to precisely indicate the vacuum level in the vacuum tank. In the event that a lifter’s vacuum level drops below 80%, the remote control will strongly signal that the lifter is unsafe for use at that time. Allowing time for loads to be lowered slowly and securely in a safe position before the necessary adjustments are made for the lifter to proceed in use.
Safer for you & your materials
Whilst the safety of your team is our top priority, the security of your lifting loads is of paramount importance too. Utilising soft rubber seals and polyurethane guide wheels, each vacuum lifter protects your loads throughout elevation, preventing reckless damage.
Our vacuum suction pads are also designed to attach and detach themselves from loads without damaging the load structure or coating in the process. The vacuum is simply released from the loads allowing them to separate from the lifter without damage, even on freshly coated pipes.
Safety first, every time
Vacuum lifting is the safest pipe and plate lifting method available on the market today.
