The Flex-Connect System
Using our Vlentec Flex-Connect System, the extension beam suction pads (EB pads) are able to move extra long pipes with full control and in any direction, to work with the pipe’s deflection. Whether you are lifting HDPE, PVC or slightly curved pipe loads, this trusted flexible pipe lifting extension beam is capable of enhancing load lifting performance and versatility.
The Full Package
Every flexible pipe lifting extension beam is fitted with a guide wheel kit to assist in quickly positioning the EB pads onto loads. Each pad is also fitted with a thick seal to ensure a tight vacuum, even over slightly rough surfaces, welds or pipe joints.
The flexible pipe lifting attachment has a standard lifting capacity of 7 500 kg, whilst our Custom Made Solutions Service enables our team to engineer a solution capable of lifting heavier flexible load weights should you require this.
